Week … hold on I forgot what week this is…

WEEK 8!!!

Week 8 has come and gone, and so has Christmas! How did I fare this week? Lets talks about it.

DIET UPDATE

No real changes or challenges outside of the abundance of Baked goods in my immediate proximity, whether it was work or home. Had a little cookie overload one day this past week at work but beyond that, no real issues.

I’ve also noticed my appetite is starting to decrease. That’s just since Thanksgiving too. Had one plate at Christmas dinner and I was done for the night. I also hadn’t eaten a whole lot that day.

WORKOUT UPDATE

Sat-Tuesday last week I hit the gym every day and was feeling great. Even had a high cardio day where I alternated walking and running on the treadmill. Legs felt like Jelly but it was a great workout.

Wednesday and Thursday were limited to second walks if not just because of all the holiday happenings. But on Friday I hit the Gym and did a light walk run cycle and some upper body workouts.

LOOKING AHEAD

Theres less than 20 days left and you know what that means? Starting to think about round 3. Yes I am doing round 3. Preliminary start date is Jan 19th. Already trying to plan my workout diet. I’m also preplanning for Round 4. Round 4 will be when I plan to start working through the phases of 75 Hard. That’s a later conversation though!

I was worried about the heat during shipping in the summer, but the packaging included a temperature
stability note. It put my mind at ease about the quality of
the Premarin upon arrival from Medistorehub.

Unexpected funerals are both emotionally and financially draining.
If you need to arrange funds quickly for funeral expenses, a personal loan can provide the necessary liquidity.
