I’ve learned a lot of things about myself while completing two full rounds of 75 Hard. I’ve learned that I need to respect my body more, and treat it the way it deserves to be treated. I learned that I have a lot of things I need to work with myself both mentally and emotionally. What I’ve learned the most though, Is that I still have a lot left to learn.

One of the things I struggle with the most and am still trying to learn is what, at the age of 43 (almost 44), brings me joy and happiness. I’m not talking about family and relationships with other people, though I think no one should ever stop trying to learn that about themselves. I mean what in life makes me truly happy.

I’ve had a handful of moments in the last 150+ days where something truly brought me happiness. One was writing, and the other was working on my podcast with my friends. For the last several years all of the times I’ve engaged in both of those things and put them out for the world to see, they’ve been housed under one spot. I just through everything onto a platter and present it to the world. Something I’ve come to realize over the last couple weeks however, is that it’s not fair to either of these things that I do that. SO I’ve decided it’s time to make a change.

Starting today, any blog posts or anything  I want to share about me personally will be separated from any project that is made and presented by PSA Ink. , and vice versa. I’m doing this out of respect for both my own personal projects and that out of the people whom I produce and distribute podcasts for and with.

I want to expand the projects at PSA Ink, and the crew I work with as well as some close friends mine already know this. I also want to make sure the audiences they build, and that I build within PSA Ink, are presented with only the content that they expect to see and not that of the over stimulated, emotional head of the website LOL.

The breakdown of how to find things I post online will look like this:

Anything in relation to upcoming podcast or entertainment-based content made for or myself or friends under the PSA Ink. banner will be found at the following websites/social media platforms PSaink.com Facebook Instagram Threads Username on all platforms is @psainkdotcom

Furthermore, most of these platforms will be used purely for promotion and distribution for things I create. My actual direct participation in these platforms will decrease drastically as I move forward this year. The toxicity found online as well as the current political/social climate around me has worn down my mental health more than it has in the past and I do this to protect my own personal well being.

I know it’s a lot to ask people to follow multiple accounts and honestly, I wouldn’t do it if it was asked of me. So just take this as me talking to the empty vacuum of space that is the internet, and if you chose to support me in any way by following anything I create, than I want you to know that I love and apricate you!
