Only two more weekly updates before I complete my first round of 75 Hard!
The journey has been great and I am super excited for round 2! I spent a part of my day today finalizing my diet plan as well as my workout changes I plan on making moving forward. Both also have me extremely excited.
I took the previous week off Facebook and it was a much needed break from the toxicity that social media brings, and outside of modern Twitter, there is no bigger toxic environment online than Facebook. The social discourse right now mixed with high emotions of people made me realize that I a breather was needed. It was amazing. More people should detox themselves from the things that being them unwanted stress.
I was blessed with another week of not really having any issues in terms of finishing my 75 Hard requirements. However I am looking forward to my modified diet for round two that will allow me to branch out a little more on my food choices. Doing the low card isn’t really that hard for me, but I struggle finding the nutrition i still need as I go.
I’ve started incorporating a VR Game/Workout program into my daily workouts. Not every day but multiple times a week. It’s added a fresh drive to my routine at getting two workouts in a day.
My goal to break below 300 LBS by the end of round one looks extremely doable. I was at 305 this morning and if I continue my workout and eating habits I should be at 298 by day 75. After I get about 30 days into round two I will see what my new goal will be for weight loss. I’ve always wanted to hit 250 again , and while I know that goal is too lofty for round 2, I do not think it’s too lofty to hit by my 44th Birthday in May.
Next week I’ll talk about what my plans are post round 1 of 75 Hard as well as breaking down my workout and diet specifics. In the meantime, remember to stay awesome and follow your dreams!
