Week 5 of my second round of 75 Hard is passed. Lets Talk about it.
Milestone (Almost)
I had mentioned in last weeks blog update that I set a goal of trying to hit under 300lbs before the week was over. My weight fluctuated a lot over the week but as of this morning I am at 300 even. When I saw that number this morning I took a deep breath and nodded to myself. Because I know that this time next week I will for the first time in almost 20 years, be under 300lbs.
Workout Update
I finally hit a week were I was able to increase my workouts in a way that I felt good about. Finally found time to get some light strength training n at the gym. I actually think I would have hit my under 300 goal had it not been for an issue where I did not have my vehicle for over 24 hours and lost the gym time that I wanted. This week I’m going to increase it and even add a 3rd workout through a day or two if I can
Diet Update
Not much to report here. Stuck to my diet with no issues. Still struggling to intake the goals I set for the calories and carbs (Way under, daily) but I’m not really that mad about it. The coming weeks will be filled with the same and so I think I’m just going to adjust my expectations as I move forward.
This time next week I look to be celebrating being under 300 Lbs. I know it’ll happen because I believe in myself.
