75 Hard R2: Week 10

Week 10 is done! Five full days remaining in this round! Let’s talk about it!

One of the core things about 75 Hard is that while it’s not a physical health or even a weight loss challenge, the added perks of the routine and taking care of yourself, fosters natural progress in your physical well being.

More importantly, it’s designed to challenge your mental acuity and foster better habits in your life. Something it has done more than I could have imagined. I’m not done by a long shot and I am well into planning my third round of 75 Hard. It’s also driving me to better myself in terms of setting goals and accomplishing them. More than any “New Years Resolution” ever has. I’m excited for the year and look forward to see if the changing mindset I have about who75 Hard R2: Week 10 I am in life fosters the success I think it can.

DIET UPDATE

Diet held pretty strong. No issues and no real struggle days. My work schedule going into the holidays did wreck havoc with the final couple weeks of 75 Hard in terms of when and what I was eating, but now that the busiest and hardest part of my work year is past me, and I’m back to a normal schedule, I’m super excited about moving into the next round.

EXERCISE UPDATE

Spent way more days at the gym this week than I had in the past. I’ve done way more running, and today I even did some rotating walk and sprint intervals. My next round will be way more structured as to what I am planning on doing to create a daily regimin of taking care of Myself.
